Withdrawal and refunds

Before ordering

Purchasing is being prepared and this website currently accepts no payments or binding domain orders. This notice describes the conditions that must be presented before commercial activation.

Consumer withdrawal

For distance service contracts, consumers generally have 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract to notify withdrawal, subject to the statutory exceptions. Business purchases do not automatically have the same statutory consumer withdrawal right.

To exercise withdrawal, send an unequivocal statement to comercial@memogadget.com or the postal address below, identifying your name, contact details, order and domain. You may use the model below, but it is not compulsory.

Immediate performance

If you want performance to begin during the withdrawal period, a separate express request is required before the registrar operation starts. Any loss of the withdrawal right on full performance requires the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement. Merely creating an account or accepting general terms is not that request.

Where applicable law allows a proportionate charge for service already supplied following an express request, the amount must reflect the service actually provided. We do not apply a blanket non-refundable-domains clause. Registry restrictions do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Refund process

Where withdrawal or another legal refund right applies, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period, normally within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless another lawful method is expressly agreed without cost to you. Failed or uncertain registrar operations must first be reconciled; they are not automatically submitted again.
